Established in 2014, 339 Ocean is an ocean front community at Hampton Beach in Hampton, New Hampshire.

339 Ocean was developed on one of the most desirable sites on Hampton Beach previously occupied by the Aegean Motel. The location is adjacent to a relaxing part of the bustling beach, yet only a short walk to the exciting boardwalk and thrilling nightlife. 339 Ocean affords virtually traffic free access over the causeway back and forth to the mainland by being just one block north of the rt 101 east, Highland Avenue, and one block south of rt 101 west, Church Street. 

Our community consists of 6 seasonal commercial business spaces and 24 two bedroom, open concept residential spaces each including two parking spaces. All condominiums afford expansive, breathtaking views of both the saltmarsh between the beach and mainland, and the Atlantic Ocean and award winning Hampton Beach.
